Holly's Maternity shoot

Sweet couple! So happy for you guys!

A good maternity shoot, in my opinion, has both the outside - real life shots along with the more romantic studio shots. Here are a few of Holly's studio images. Please do not copy.

We're at 12 weeks already! Time sure is flying by...

My sweet [drooly] baby

Who doesn't love the sleeping baby?!! Momma sure does! LOL

Here with big sis...He totally fell asleep in this [unique] hold.

Momma (me) with my cuddle bugs. Eldest daughter took this shot.

Our second oldest holding the newest addition...12 weeks here and already spoiled!!

Sam's 4 month photo shoot

Yes...I CAN put my whole fist into my mouth mommy! LOL!

This is the VERY adorable Sam...Enjoy

3 Weeks & Growing

My little Owen at 3 weeks already! Time is already flying by...but I am enjoying every minute of it. His face is already filling out.

These photos are while he is laying on the Boppy that rests on my lap as I sit in front of my computer. What did mommies do before the Boppy?!! Being a nursing mom, I spend much of my time wearing him anyway, so this great invention really helps me continue to get work done while I sit.

Owen - 2 week birthday shoot

Ok - so a photographer may go on "maternity leave", but that does not mean that she stops taking photographs! Please. Besides, how can a mommy resist taking pictures of her newest addition?! Forgive me; I cannot help myself. ~Jenn

Cleaning and scrubbing can wait till tomorrow
For babies grow up, we've learned to our sorrow
So quiet down, cobwebs
Dust, go to sleep
I'm rocking my baby, and babies don't keep.

.....................

If one feels the need of something grand, something infinite, something that makes one feel aware of God, one need not go far to find it. I think that I see something deeper, more infinite, more eternal than the ocean in the expression of the eyes of a little baby when it wakes in the morning and coos or laughs because it sees the sun shining on its cradle.

-Vincent Van Gogh

Love at First Sight

I have been waiting, some days impatiently, for the arrival of our 2nd son...waited 40 weeks to the day in fact. But just as the good Lord would have it in His perfect timing, our beautiful baby boy entered into the world on January 18th, making our lives that much more blessed.

STATS:
7.5 lbs
20 " long

The 2 photos above were taken by my oh so talented and sweet sister in law, who got the call from us at 5am to say we were on our way to the hospital. She made it just in time, because this little sweet baby of ours was out the shoot by 8:53am. ~ The bottom 5 photos were taken by our aspiring photographer eldest daughter. (I just had the fun of editing these this time!)

My own pregger bod before the debut

The other day I was thinking...hmmm, I better get to taking the pictures of this big'ol belly of mine before our son makes his big debut. We are at 38 weeks here.

Sam's First Photoshoot!

As I get ready to pop out my own baby in a matter of days, I could not say no to one more photo shoot - why?! Because it was of a baby of course! Just wanted to share a montage I created of this little cutie pie.
